Fereshta
Min
Jilyan
Rose
Min brings 20 years of dance
experience to Oasis Dance Studio,
with Terezka, one of Sydney's
premier Middle Eastern Dancers,
and then single handedly creating a
bellydance community in the far
north town of Port Hedland. Min
was "belly-hunted" by Oasis and
now Perthites can enjoy her
relaxed and friendly classes.
Fereshta brings a spiritual dimension
to her classes as well as a
fascination for regional styles of the
dance.

An aqua-therapist, healer, meditation
teacher and speech therapist, she
taps into the healing aspects of the
dance and strives to help others in
their quest for greater confidence in
all aspects of their lives.

Her students describe her as a "wise,
spiritual, beautiful and genuine
person who can also help you to
dance freely and beautifully".
Australia's own
powerhouse of
bellydance, Rose is one
of the nation's favourites
and is steadily gaining
popularity overseas.

After the sale of Sheik to Sheik in 2008 she went
into semi retirement concentrating on her role as
editor of the only Australian bellydance
publication, Bellydance Oasis.

In 2010 she was given the opportunity to be part
of another successful bellydance studio, Oasis and
is happy to be part of this successful and
professional team.

Ayesha has taken workshops and classes with
Raqia Hassan, Mahmoud Reda, Tito, Mayodi, Fifi
Abdo, Yasmina, Leyla Jouvana and Randa Karmel
as well as Australian teachers such as, Keti,

philosophy is to never stop learning, and to
always strive for excellence and creative growth
and this is what makes this dance so very special.
